Develop or optimize your ISO, OSHA, or EPA Management System. This price is an average and depends upon the number of visits required to adequately describe your system. The output is a documented, reality-based system that can be sustained and adapt long-term and comply with the relevant standards.
Internal auditing seeks to analyze and describe the state of the management systems against a standard such as ISO or OSHA VPP. SB2 Services internal audits have greater depth and clarity than a “check the box” audit. While the internal audit report can be used for ISO compliance, the audit will seek to “stress test” the system to seek latent weaknesses that could result in catastrophic incidents. The price is an average and the actual price will be dependent upon the number of visits required for the internal audit.
On-site training and off-site remote training resulting in skills and competency. This is not the off-the-shelf, commoditized training, skill development, and competency verification - it is designed and delivered to produce intended results for your leadership team. Topics include Risk Perception, Risk Mitigation, Risk Transfer, Intent-Based Safety Leadership, Safety Communications, Crisis Management, and other topics. Role plays with repetitions and variations are used to practice skills so they can be deployed in high-stress, real world situations.
